A Partnership Grounded in Experience and Purpose
REN was born from a decades-long friendship and shared career path that began in Chicago and took root in St. Louis. After surviving life-altering, near-death experiences, founder and geotechnical engineer Jeff Hill felt called to give back to the region he now calls home. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience—from national consulting firms and minority-owned local practices to specialty geotechnical contractors—he formed REN to offer thoughtful, right-sized solutions close to home. Today, our team leverages over a century of field experience to serve clients within 150 miles of St. Louis, not just behind a report, but standing beside them in the field and in the community.
